​The business is led by Thomas Featherstone, bringing eight years of experience as an Ammunition Technician working in safety-critical environments where procedural discipline, hazard awareness and risk control are essential.

That operational background is supported by IOSH Managing Safely, the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and TechIOSH membership.

​

Featherstone Safety focuses on practical support for SMEs, including simple risk assessments, health and safety documentation, workplace checks, induction materials, toolbox talks and ongoing support for businesses that need a clear and proportionate approach.

The aim is simple: help small businesses get the basics in place properly, keep documents organised, and support safer day-to-day working without overcomplicating things.
