Featherstone Safety is led by Thomas Featherstone, who spent eight years as an Ammunition Technician working in safety-critical environments where procedural discipline and hazard control were essential every day.
Holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and IOSH Managing Safely, Thomas founded Featherstone Safety to bring that same practical discipline to small businesses across the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire.
The goal? Helping businesses get the basics right, keep records organised, and work safely without wading through corporate-scale paperwork.
