1. Free scoping call: We talk through which standard you need, your timeline (tender deadline, client requirement), your current arrangements and a realistic cost. No obligation.
2. Gap assessment: We review your existing system against the standard and tell you exactly where you stand - what's already there, what needs building, and how long it will take. Fee credited against implementation.
3. Build, evidence, certify: We build your system in the Featherstone Safety Hub, generate the required records, run your first internal audit and management review, then guide you through Stage 1 and Stage 2 with a UKAS-accredited certification body.
About certification
I am an independent health and safety consultant, not a certification body. ISO certificates are issued by independent, UKAS-accredited certification bodies after a two-stage audit of your system. I build and evidence the system, help you choose an accredited body and guide you through both audit stages - but the certificate comes from them, not from me. Certification body audit fees are paid directly to your chosen body and are separate from my consultancy fees.
